I remembered a few years ago when I applied for a loan in a local bank in our country. My loans was denied 3 times. I was confused with this because I've already complied with the requirements where one must have an ITR and a good salary plus I also have good credit standing. So I started to ask some of my friends who have applied for a loan and got approved. The only difference that we had is that, my friends have more than 3 credit cards and I only have one. Banks usually share credit information with each other so if an individual applies for a loan, they will verify it to other banks if that person has the capacity to pay and that person pays his due on time.
